Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform equipment operations as per the SOP/BPCR.
• Responsible to execute and check all the GMP records executed in the respective shift.
• Responsible for issuance of BPCR and ECR and their submission after execution.
• Responsible for issuance of Raw material, Packing material, Intermediate from warehouse as per the requirement.
• Responsible to ensure that the activities are executed as per the process and cleaning validation protocols.
• Responsible to ensure training of subordinates and self with respect to the TNI.
• Responsible for use of utility and purified water as per requirement.
• Responsible for to ensure supply of fresh air system and working condition of AHU before start operation.
• Responsible to ensure scrubber system & vacuum system before starting the operation.
• Responsible to ensure Raw materials availability and their status with respect to BPCR.
• Responsible to maintain good housekeeping & cleaning of working area & nearby area.
• Responsible to perform manufacturing activities as per written procedure SOP / BPCR.
• Responsible to reporting any abnormality to higher up.
• Responsible for performing process waste & hazardous waste transferred to ETP.
• Responsible for performing product change over and batch to batch cleaning of the equipments as per ECR.
• Responsible to keep BPCR / ECR and status board online.
• Responsible for performing cleaning and maintaining of utensils.
• Responsible use & enforcements use of PPE"S for safe operation.
• Responsible for use of providing earthing during solvent handling.
• Responsible for sampling and labeling activity of the products.
• Responsible for distribution of work to the workers.
• Responsible for charge hand over / take over as per SOP with required documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate with exposure in API Production must
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech Mechanical
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in API Industry only
