Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with existing vendors for supply of products to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.

Vendor management includes invoicing and entering vouchers in tally prime.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of printed materials.

Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and address any issues affecting quality.

Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

Coordinate with the sales and customer team to understand project requirements and timelines. Giving the pricing to the customer for new products.

Creating DTP for regular products and special customers/new products.

Understanding of CRM and ERP to handle production.

New Product Development needs new products to be put on the market.

Generate production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing production efficiency.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.

Packing, forwarding, logistics, stock management using Tally Prime, Godown Management, etc.

Skills:

Only Printing Industry Professional with diploma or degree in printing.

Deeper understanding of the various printing processes and binding.

Total Experience: 4- 6 years or more experience in printing industry.

Knowledge in Page maker 7.0 and coral draw - 19.

Basic Tally Prime knowledge is preferable.

Gem knowledge is preferable.

Good Communication, Positive Attitude.

Good Team player.

MS Office Knowledge must (Excel, Word & PPT)

Learning Mindset and open-minded approach will be a big plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
