Qualification: B.E Mechanical or B.E Production

Department: ProductionResponsibilities and DutiesProduction - Production planning and scheduling.Production targets- Technology Understanding new technology Build Unimix capability in new technology through equipment, processes, training Capex for up gradation and enhancement.Quality- Quality indices Conduct internal trials for meeting specifications and quality standards Third party inspection Rework and rejection rate.Code compliance- Code knowledge and updation Code compliance.Manufacturing efficiency- Cost of production Machine and manpower utilization Maintenance.HSE- Health,Safety and Environment compliance 5S compliance .Manpower- Skill development and Competency planning Team management.Customer relationships- Complaint investigation and resolution support Customer visits.Coordination- Coordination with vendors Coordination with suppliers.Infrastructure Maintenance- Development of maintenance policies & strategies Management of maintenance requirements
Production planning and machine loading
Tracking and improving machine and operator efficiency and deliverance
Reduce manufacturing defects
motivate and control employees in shifts
Carrying out improvement projects to improve efficiency, yield, reducing lead time Etc.
having hands on experience in sheet metal bending and fabrication.Must have experience in fabrication of Pressure Vessels, NDT level & Process Equipments.Key Skills
