Job Description
We are hiring for Production Engineer ( Wooden Products) for Bagru, Jaipur Location.
Position - Production Engineer Location- Bagru, Jaipur Experience- Minimum 1 Years Wooden Products Manufacturing Roles and responsibilities: Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters Oversee all levels of team activity and performance Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production / quality issues Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order Repair or replace plant equipment as needed Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Qualifications: Proven experience in manufacturing of wooden products is required Engineer by qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience. Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Good organizational and time-management skills
