Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in production operations.
Preferably in AdBlue, Water Treatment, or Chemical Industry.
Joining: Immediate availability required.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production as per the plan.
Ensure efficient utilization of plant, manpower, and resources.
Manage stock of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM).
Oversee QA processes and compliance (ISO / IATF / safety).
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting.
Drive process improvements (efficiency, cost reduction, waste minimization).
Ensure safety norms, 5S, and housekeeping.
Prepare reports and documentation.
Support audits and training of staff.
Desired Skills
Strong understanding of chemical/mechanical production processes.
Familiar with AdBlue or chemical/water treatment.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership and communication abilities.
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: ₹2.9 - ?4.8 LPA (aligned with industry standards).
