Developing production plans & schedules, arranging for resources to ensure achievement of organizational targets as per budgeted parameters.
Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guideline for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity
Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc. for controlling & Reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
Manpower Management:
Managing a team of workmen and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks along with imparting in house training.
Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity.
Supervising workmen on the Shop floor and ensuring the quality of products manufactured.
Multiskilling of Manpower By impart domain specific training of varies station so that absenteeism does not create a problem.
Screw cleaning & screw changing of injection molding machine
Ensuring the safety in working area by periodical checking of safety feature of machine and equipments.
