: Job Brief- Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards Roles & Responsibilities- Collaborate with the production manager to develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines. Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines during all production activities. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes, equipment operation, and cleaning procedures. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with product quality specifications and perform regular audits to assess GMP compliance. Lead and manage a team of production personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor their performance, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment and machinery. Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including batch records, production reports, and equipment logs. Perform task as per allocated by reporting manager and authorities. Skill Sets- Significant experience in a production or manufacturing role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines, such as FDA, MHRA, or EMA regulations. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including formulation, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production-related issues.
