Key Elements of the Role

Responsible for ensuring contact, sourcing, procuring of raw material from a large number of vendors to ensure requirements of R&D and Production are arranged.
Ensure an efficient and result oriented day-to-day coordination of the order, delivery and movement of all raw materials, packaging and finished goods, from and to supplier's/vendors' warehouse(s), production factory warehouse(s) and distributor warehouse(s).
Provide logistic support and play a significant role in helping and supporting the R & D Department in taking production related decision-making. Also tracking progress of the R&D efforts, pre and post-production including outsourced vendor's/service providers.
Commercial dealings with the vendors e.g. Negotiation of optimum pricing, Purchase Order generation, Distributor invoices, raw material stock reconciliation, payment and all other coordination required from time to time.
Delivery of results as per timelines in the overall Launch Program Management schedule.
Analysing Competition- product standards are better than competition.
Translate functional needs into specifications and Design and develop the product or process.
Set up the test and validation phases and correct and improve the product or process.
Support the production start-up and product launch.
Having knowledge about basic quality control testing.
Experience:

Essential: At Least 5-7 years of experience in a coordination role for R&D and other related activities in Ayurveda/Cosmetics/Pharmaceuticals and having a passionate interest / orientation in delivering on-time results. Experience 5 - 8 Years
Salary 5 Lac To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
