Job Description

We are seeking experienced

Production professionals

with strong exposure to

milk and milk products manufacturing

to plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end plant operations. The role ensures efficient production planning, inventory control, documentation, and cross-functional coordination in compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor all

plant operation-related activities

to achieve production targets Review daily

conversion statements

for effective planning and submit reports to management Maintain and update

daily stock statements

for milk, curd, and finished products with appropriate remarks Execute

daily production planning and scheduling

in line with demand forecasts Plan and coordinate

routine and scheduled maintenance and plant cleaning activities

Coordinate

bulk product dispatch

as per inputs from the Sales Department Ensure strict adherence to

FIFO

during product dispatch with batch-wise and date-wise traceability Maintain accurate

inventory records and stock controls

Manage and maintain documentation related to

process changes, deviations, rejected, and reprocessed materials

Ensure compliance with

FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000

, and internal quality systems Manage shop-floor manpower, shift operations, and productivity Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Sales teams for smooth operations Support internal and external audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

BE / BTech / Diploma in Dairy Technology or Food Technology

Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage

Experience

8+ years of relevant experience in dairy production

Key Competencies

Strong knowledge of dairy processing and plant operations Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and documentation Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills High attention to compliance, quality, and operational discipline
