Job Description

Exp: 3-5 years Location: Pune Core Competencies: Collaborate closely with various departments, including Design, Quality, and Production, within the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to comprehend product and process requirements. Work in close coordination with the R&D team on all projects to understand testing needs, initiating the creation of product test plans. Develop Design Verification Plans (DVPs) based on Technical specifications and End User requirements. Assist in crafting customized solutions to cater to testing requirements, whether it\'s for new products, engineering changes, process alterations, or source modifications. Demonstrate hands-on experience in conducting a variety of tests, such as Vibration, Climatic, NVH, Endurance, and performance testing on products. Possess knowledge of integration testing involving PCB Hardware, Software, and product subsystems. This includes writing and executing test cases, managing defects, and familiarity with working in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using the ASPICE-V model. Actively participate in the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Design for Reliability (DFR), and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) processes to proactively identify and anticipate potential failures during the initial development stage. Estimate abuse testing conditions, simulate or execute test cases to assess their impact on product performance and lifespan. Experience in simulation techniques is considered an additional advantage. Take responsibility for benchmark testing competitor samples and preparing comprehensive reports. Provide guidance and leadership to the team to ensure the timely development of test solutions in alignment with product Start of Production (SOP) dates. Determine resource requirements and allocation to facilitate efficient project execution.
