Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with good communication. Any Graduate, 3 to 8 years of experience in direct sales/FMCG sales/Banking sales/Insurance sales as a Trainer. Local Market awareness and language proficiency required Passionate individuals who is self-motivated and can motivate others. 1. Conduct daily training sessions for sale steam and support them in their sales process. 2. Conduct assessment on weekly basis to evaluate the training outcome. 3. Weekly refresher and capsule training to be conducted and reports to be maintained. 4. Real time observation and on job training with sales people to enhance their customer interactive skills. 5. To create new content and concept pertaining to real estate and selling skills. 6. Conduct new joiner induction program. 7. To motivate sales people with new strategies and training methodologies to boost their productivity. 8. Conduct telephonic audit of sales people and give corrective feedback and suggestions for increased productivity. 9. Co-ordinate with Team managers and leaders to understand the exact training requirement to boost overall sales productivity. 10. Need to travel multiple locations in and around Chennai to complete various task from stakeholder 11. Maintain a database of consolidated reports for monthly presentation and forecast.
