(1) Attending the TTT and getting certified for Product and process, (2) Sales capability certification: Role-plays, (3) Conducting classroom/virtual training programs, (4) Attempting and clearing the JKQs on a monthly basis, (5) Conducting OJTs post training along with the TSMs, (6) Conducting OJTs for the deployed Account Managers in a ratio of 1:100, (7) In case of no classroom/virtual trainings, OJTs to be conducted for the remaining days of the month, (8) Ensuring the level of delivery is constantly up to the mark. Audit ratings will be shared on a monthly basis, (9)Attending TTTs for new product/process launches and getting certified in the same, (10) Travel within the circle for Training and OJT(11) Travel to other circles if required by business, (12)Minimum 24 days of active man-days in a month.
