Job Description

As a Product Trainer specializing in conference room setup and large screen displays, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to customers, employees, and partners on the setup, configuration, and usage of our company\'s conference room equipment and peripherals. You will play a critical role in ensuring users can effectively utilize the technology for successful meetings and presentations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions. Responsibilities:

• Training program development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, technical support, and instructional designers, to develop comprehensive training programs for conference room setup and large screen displays. Create training materials, presentations, user guides, and other resources tailored to different user roles and experience levels.
• Conduct training sessions: Deliver training sessions in various formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and webinars. Provide hands-on training on the setup, configuration, and operation of conference room equipment, including large screen displays, projectors, cameras, audio systems, and other peripherals.
• Customize training for different environments: Adapt training methods and content to meet the specific needs of different conference room setups, such as boardrooms, classrooms, and auditoriums. Address common challenges and troubleshooting techniques related to audiovisual equipment and connectivity.
• Product knowledge expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our company\'s conference room products, including the features, functionalities, and integration options. Stay updated on product updates, firmware upgrades, and new releases to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
• Customer support and troubleshooting: Provide post-training support to customers and end-users, assisting with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and answering product-related questions. Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, if necessary.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create and maintain training documentation, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for conference room setups. Share best practices and tips for optimal setup and usage. Contribute to the development of an internal knowledge base to support customer support teams.
• Continuous improvement: Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continually improve training programs, materials, and delivery methods. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in conference room setup and audiovisual equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a product trainer or in a similar training role, preferably related to conference room setup and large screen displays.
• Strong technical knowledge of conference room equipment, including large screen displays, projectors, cameras, audio systems, and peripherals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, and user guides.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel for on-site training sessions, if required.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 98,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
