Job Title: Product Sustainability Analyst - GSS Summary: The Sustainability Analyst will support Corporate Sustainability group in various workstreams to move forward specific projects and routine activities to elevate sustainability in Momentive towards our vision of providing Solutions for a Sustainable WorldTM. Responsibilities include to manage and continuously improve the data management systems and collaborate with all business functions to track progress against our 2025 Sustainability Goals, perform competitive landscape evaluation and gather best practices in sustainability by peer companies. Responsibilities Include: Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to Momentive products\' environmental, social, and governance impacts, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste generation, social impact metrics, and ethical governance practices. Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability metrics to measure product\'s sustainability performance. This includes results from assessment through Portfolio Sustainability Assessment (PSA) tool, Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) assessments, capital and non-capital projects qualitative and quantitative contribution to sustainability. Reporting: Support preparation sustainability reports and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders, such as investors, customers, regulators, and the public. Use internal and external resources to support answering question from customer inquiries about our products. Support the data compilation and preparation of external rating agency questionnaires (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, Sedex). Benchmarking: Compare the organization\'s sustainability performance against industry peers and best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance sustainability performance and reduce environmental impacts, such as energy efficiency projects, waste reduction initiatives, and sustainability certifications. Qualifications: The following are for the role Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability management, business, or economics. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the chemical industry. Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint , Teams etc.) Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and analyze complex data using tools like Power BI, Tabl Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English and explain technical concepts or innovations to technical and non-technical employees. Flexibility to work late evening with colleagues in other time zones as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a global business or corporation.
