Job Summary: We are a leading medical device company specializing in the manufacturing of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) instruments, specifically electrolyte analyzers and their reagents. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Product support manager Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of pre sales demo and after-sales service, including installation, operation support, troubleshooting, warranty parts management and client relationship management. Additionally, this position will oversee certain product management responsibilities to ensure effective product support and operation. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute the installation, and training of our products through telephonic support, video calls or physical visits as maybe required. - Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our products. - Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback. -Manage warranty and spare parts related to the products. - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and capabilities of our products. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to support them during the pre-sales and post-sales process, providing technical expertise and insights. - Develop and implement service processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. - Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed. - Coordinate with the product management team to gather customer feedback and insights, contributing to the enhancement and development of our products. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in science. - Strong technical aptitude. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to understand technical product specifications and effectively convey information to customers of varying technical backgrounds. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. - Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback and market insights to drive product improvements. - Freshers with good communication skills and aptitude will also be considered. Location: Delhi/ Manesar/ Gurugram / Hybrid (can be discussed) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
