  • Support the GRC Tooling Product Owner in the simplification and implementation of processes and tools need to support the GRC and New CH Tech organization to ensure that the new organization is able effectively capture and handle risks across multiple risk areas.
  • Provide support of any tools or solutions that are implemented
  • Ensure that we have captured all risks and that these risks are tracked appropriately. In addition, this role will also support the tools related to the management of these risks and our approved controls to ensure that we are tracking and managing all our risks and controls effectively.
  • The role will require the management of data and metrics related to risk management as well as the creation and management of dashboards and reporting
  • Ensure that data quality is monitored and action taken to ensure that we have the best data and reporting available to support the New CH Tech organization to understand where there are potential compliance issues or gaps
Position Responsibilities: The GRC Tooling Product Support analyst will support the New CH Tech organisation to ensure that we are capturing, managing and tracking our risks and controls.
  • Ensure all enterprise risks are recorded and tracked in our agreed risk management system (GRC Archer)
  • Ensure that all our controls and the ability to generate control assessments using our tools is available and working. This includes all change management related to these tools.
  • Generation of reports and dashboards using Power BI to aid in the understanding of our current risk and controls as well as agreed KPIs Process improvement Automation
  • Ad-hoc analysis of risk and issues to support senior leadership to understand risks and control failures
  • Manage all levels of business unit/function stakeholders effectively; demonstrating strong business partnering skills and highly accountable for the delivery of fit for purpose solutions on Information Security domain. Use a high degree of business and commercial knowledge in order to challenge, influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively seek out and implement solutions to automate and simplify the management of risk for the New CH Tech organisation
  • Support the implementation of our strategy to simply and automate compliance activities
  • Lead small projects to support our strategy
  • Provide on-going support of GRC Archer for the new CH Tech organisation which includes managing access to the tool and dealing with questions from GRC and the wider Tech organisation.
Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Graduate in computing, auditing, risk and assurance or similar discipline or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years relevant (e.g. Pharma, Tech, Audit) experience
  • Essential to this role is experience of influencing a variety of stakeholders on the pragmatic use of Quality, Risk and Compliance, balancing risk with cost and value.
  • Expertise of Risk Management processes and standards (e.g. Risks and Exceptions).
  • Expertise of Quality Management Systems and how a business unit deploys this methodology. ITMS knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory trends in the Pharmaceutical industry is foundational to success in this role.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with all levels of IT, business and 3rd party organizations, including senior stakeholders at SVP, VP and Director levels
  • Understanding of service definition and process improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience of business intelligence and dashboard reporting
  • Ability to manage projects and programmes of work
  • Knowledge of Agile
  • Excellent analytical Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Industry standard BI tools (e.g. Qlikview/Power BI)
  • Knowledge and experience in GRC Archer an advantage
