Job Description
:Job Role
- Scoping and scanning the market with focus on NBFC/HFC/MFI/Fintechs/Insurance sector
- Deep coverage of CFOs/treasury teams for origination of transactions
- Understanding of various products like NCDs, MLDs, sub-debt, PTCs, DA, etc. to be pitched to both Issuers and Investors
- Keeping track of various transactions happening in market
- Preparation of pitch material
- Working with sales team and prospective investors for placements
- Closure of deal including structuring , sanctions, documentation and funding
- Working independently as well as in a team
- Relationships:
- External clients - Issuer, Investor, Legal Counsels, Rating Agency, Trustee, etc
- Internal clients- RMs ,Credit, BIU, Product, Treasury
- Qualifications: MBA (from top tier institutions); CA (rankers / first attempt)
- Strong relationships with NBFCs/HFCs/MFIs
- Established track record of origination / structuring of deals in NBFC space
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience profile of at least 6-8 years
- Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above
- IJP policy to be followed
