Job Family Descriptor Responsible for entire product life cycle management - development and management of products as per new product/service requirement and enhancement of existing products and features. Also responsible for augmentation of network capacity to meet growing customer needs, new technology introduction, or increasing operational efficiencies, with the objective of ensuring increase in product and service profitability, revenue and market competitiveness; and developing and delivering effective multi product solutions to meet customer requirements. Drive PandL management through product strategy development and manage a group of products within a technology area across multiple regions. Works with the sales team on market strategy, pricing and positioning of the product. Engage and partner with technology providers to recruit new features or new product. Assess performance of product/service portfolio against annual operating plan and discuss achievement of targets with Sales. Broad outline of the Role
Developing, implementing and deploying SD-WAN and IP complex network planning and design.
Providing support and troubleshooting technical issues
Creating and following SD-WAN and IP network implementation plans and design.
participate in other next-gen technical project delivery
Work with cross functional team for solution development and training and knowledge sharing
Possess hands-on experience to conduct POC , Planning and implementation small ,medium and large network ISP & Enterprise network.

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS/SD-WAN
Routing/Switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MST, PVST, L2 switching Mandatory
Proficiency with MPLS WAN/SDWAN, 4G/LTE solutions, LAN, and WLAN technologies, to develop cost efficient network designs. Broad proficiency in network virtualization, cloud computing, SDN/NFV, and overlay technologies is also highly desirable
Advanced hands-on experience in Switching related issues (Port Security, STP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, and Ether channel).
Versed in a variety of hardware and software manufacturers, and a high degree of comfort and experience in mixed vendor environments e.g. Cisco, Juiper,Nokia ,Versa SD-WAN
Good knowledge and Experience on SDWAN technology, deployment of SD-WAN solutions including head-end and handling operations
Good working knowledge of Python threading, REST API
Basic to moderate knowledge on Virtualization
Expert in various Cisco network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) Proficient in Solution designing.

More than 5 years of experience Telecom. Experience in product development will be added advantage
Working experience on SD-WAN products like Versa, Viptela, Silver-peak, etc.
Working experience on Linux operating systems
Network protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP,IGRP, ISIS MPLS, QoS etc.
Possess a clear understanding of capacity planning in various scenarios. Knowledge of Cisco routing/switching including Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, XR and NX-OS
Other knowledge/skills
MEF-SDCP, Any SDWAN Certification can be prefered, Certification like CCNA, CCNP ,JNCIA-Cloud will be a value add
