Position Title: Product Sales Representative

Position Summary:

Our Product Sales Representatives (PSR's) are responsible for generating pipeline and closing deals for construction technology solutions being managed by the ConstructHelix group of Bentley India. The qualified leads will be developed through various sales & marketing initiatives that you will be a part of. You will report to the Business Development Director.

This position is critical to growing the topline, tapping into the new accounts, sectors, and markets for the ConstructHelix group within Bentley that currently markets the nPulse solution for integrated project controls. It is a proven solution that has been deployed across linear infrastructure projects including road, rail, metro, capital projects including process plants, oil & gas, and urban infrastructure projects including commercial and residential real estate. We are looking to grow our market share and market reach for this solution and we need your help. This position is full-time with base salary plus commission.

Education Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering or Management. Degree in Construction Management or Infrastructure Management is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The successful candidate will
  • be part of Bentley's ConstructHelix team bringing new clients/business to the group
  • be an aggressive hunter with demonstrated capability to identify and close accounts in a timely manner meeting self and group targets
  • achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • maintain pipeline records in Hubspot
  • Responsibilities include
  • ability to demonstrate the nPulse solution of ConstructHelix,
  • write proposals to Clients,
  • manage sales related admin functions assigned by your manager including post sales functions like invoicing, collections, and renewals
  • negotiate commercials, and close deals
  • ability to organize sales visits and sales events
  • willingness to attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • participate and show tangible results in various pipeline building initiatives including cold calling
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Other responsibilities include
  • help strategize on how to capture market share in the respective region assigned
  • onboard and train resellers
  • Global Exposure is a must as we will have customers spread across in various countries
  • Active team player
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS software product selling is essential
  • Experience in selling construction technology is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Technically adept, self-motivated and driven by results.
  • Detail oriented in following a process
  • Knowledge of construction technology, project management, and/or construction management a plus
