Job Description


This role sits within the Global Product Reporting team which is responsible for delivery reporting on CTI and Columbia pooled and mutual fund ranges in North America, EMEA and APAC covering retail, wholesale and institutional clients. The purpose of this role is to maintain and provide accurate and timely client and regulatory reporting on mutual and pooled Funds for our North America and EMEA products in the form of multilingual factsheets and other investment data reporting formats. This includes Factsheets, UCITs KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs and fund commentaries. Key Responsibilities

  • Report production of portfolio and share class investment data and information in the form of multi-lingual, jurisdiction specific Factsheets, UCITs KIID and PRIIPs KIDs on a monthly, quarterly and annual cycle.
  • Management of information workflow to ensure reporting is delivered in accordance with agreed deadlines.
  • Maintenance and change management of static data on a portfolio and share class level to support report production.
  • Establish relationships with global internal departments such as Product Development/Management, Legal, Compliance, Oversight teams and NA, EMEA and APAC Client Management/Enablement and Sales Support.
  • Following quality control processes on reporting to ensure accuracy of documents.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Contribution towards the improvement, automation, centralization and standardization of information delivery.
  • Assisting the Global Product Reporting team with all aspects of Client reporting.
  • Support the Product Reporting Manager with ad-hoc product change requests.
  • Arrange translations with translation agencies
  • Keep up to date at all times with business and industry standards as well as regulatory requirements on reporting documents produced by the team \xe2\x80\x93 sufficient knowledge of UCITs & PRIIPs desired.
Required Qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management and/or wealth management
  • Knowledge of pooled and mutual fund products and ability to understand fund data
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, reach conclusions, and act within a dynamic and active environment with little advanced notice
  • Knowledge of investment operations and processes with ability to conduct process improvement efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Problem solving, investigation of issues independently
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skill and priority setting
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Factset and Vermilion
  • Knowledge of regulations on UCITs KIIDs and PRIIPs KIIDs
  • Any European language skills
