To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering / MS in engineering preferred / Equivalent Degree
• 4-10 or more years of experience form Medical Devices / Home Appliances / Personal Health
• Accountable for quality oversight of system, hardware and risk management throughout the product life cycle.
• Provides independent oversight of the design input process, design V&V activities, design transfer and product realization, and performance in the field to ensure that all design requirements are effectively met.
• Provides analytics to the Business on the efficacy and efficiency of the design and product realization processes
• Responsible for executing many of the activities in the product safety, property, and environmental risk management process.
• PQE is collaborating with multiple stakeholders with regards to the KAR’s
• Within NPI and Sustaining Projects the PQE supports all ongoing Project activities e.g. coordinates Quality Norm planning activities, reviews and approves design deliverables and guides the Project Team regarding open Process/Quality questions.
• Hands on experience with Windchill & releases management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, and Word required
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills required
