Roles & Responsibilities -
Gain a deep understanding of customer ownership and experience, identify, and fill
product gaps and generate new ideas to increase customer repeatability, improve
customer experience, and drive growth.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market
research, competitor analysis, requirement gathering, scoping, and product go live.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams in the market research,
requirement generation, development, QA, and release of products.
- Identifies process issues, develops hypotheses, and communicates insights and
recommendations to key decision makers.
- Project manages the pilot campaigns related to acquiring new or increase existing
customer segments; based on results, makes, recommends, and implements adjustments
and modifications.
-Identifies new business opportunities and leads end to end engagement from product
conceptualization to product releas
