Essential Job Functions:

• Own and manage the product backlog; define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and the development team.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
• Ensure clarity of requirements for the development and QA teams.
• Make data-driven decisions to maximize product value and optimize delivery outcomes.
• Conduct product demos and represent the product vision during Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Support UAT and validate functionality before release.
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and recommend enhancements.
• Mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth product delivery.
• Should have expert level knowledge in Financial Services and specifically Wealth Management domain.
• It would be an added advantage if has prior SEI Investments experience.

Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills :

• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and PO responsibilities.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and user story writing skills.
• Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Solid domain expertise (preferably Banking, Financial Services, Wealth, or Investments).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
