The Position As a Product Owner-Network & Security, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap. Build, prioritize and maintain team backlog. Work with stakeholders and Agile team to ensure flow. Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done). Understand \'technical enabler work\' and contribute to team events, program events (if relevant). Qualifications You will be holding a bachelor\'s degree in relevant subject with 10+ years of experience working within IT. 8+years of experience in Network and Firewall. Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner. Good experience in Infrastructure (Preferred -Network). Strong experience at team handling, business insight and knowledge is required. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred. Able to set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation. Able to translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Structured and focused on driving outcomes. Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changes. Able to hold self and others accountable. Good at delegating and empowering others to take action. Political flair to navigate in a global organisation. About the department DD (Digital Data) & IT was established in February 2010 as an integral part of DD & IT in HQ. From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 900+ employees till date. The main role of Global IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management.
