Entrepreneurial spirit to growth hack and work in a dynamic environmen 10-15 years of experience in DevSecOps/SRE architecture, design and tool stack like GitHub, Bit Bucket, SonarQube, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Snyk, Splunk, and Prometheus. Good experience with Project tracking & documentation tools like JIRA & Confluence. Understanding quality engineering tools like Selenium, Cypress, and TestRail with ability to define and bring up key metrics/KPI for management dashboard. Good experience working in DevOps project and a good understanding of Dora metrics. Ability to bring up data driven analytics collection and scoring for DevOps tool chain, Environments Strategy and Engineering Practices. Smart Pipelines Design and Approach Ability to conceptualize, design and provide requirements for DevSecOps maturity dashboard with analytic information to provide insight to the various stake holders both at project and program level. Experience in very large-scale Data Analytics applications Should have good understanding & Knowledge of implementing Monitoring frameworks for platform tools using AWS cloud watch, Splunk, setting alerts. Good to have Grafana, Prometheus knowledge. Should have good knowledge on implementing well defined & industry standard Change management process for platform & its products. Have a well-structured Use onboarding process defines etc.
