With over 22,700 associates, it\'s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.As Product Owner P2F you are responsible for the template development of the S4/HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response Plan-to-Fulfill process chain.Within your role, you lead an international team of approx. 12 experts, which form the Squad for developing your product for the S4 and Rapid Response CPT (Trade) template.You manage the entire product life cycle and you align with all template customers in optimizing the product (technical, commercial) and in regards to standardization and innovation.You maximize the business value of the product, while considering costs and benefit.You think and act by agile principles, you set and own quarterly objectives and key results for your team, and you promote them in Big Room Planning sessions.You create & prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, economic considerations & risks.QualificationsGraduateAdditional Information

• 1+ year of leadership experience (e.g., project management, line mgmt., etc.) in the IT or software industry (comprising a focus on technology and business, preferably with cross-functional teams)\xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of SAP and planning tool experience in Plan-to-fulfill (P2F) area (SAP PP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, ProCon). Experience gained with Bosch divisions AA, PT, BT or HC is an advantage\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in application integration and integration architecture is an advantage\xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in requirements management, customer consulting, understanding business process requirements and deriving IT requirements.\xe2\x80\xa2 Work experience with agile methodologies in the context of software development or digital business is an advantage.\xe2\x80\xa2 strong communicator combined with high resilience and empathy\xe2\x80\xa2 result-driven towards delivering maximum product value\xe2\x80\xa2 ability to solve conflicts with empathy and resilience\xe2\x80\xa2 ability to prioritize and iteratively adapt tasks consequently and quickly while dealing with conflicting requirements\xe2\x80\xa2 cooperative, positive, entrepreneurial, agile and future oriented mindset\xe2\x80\xa2 excellent knowledge of English is required
