Role

The key purpose of the role is to manage engagement with HR stakeholders and effectively drive product capabilities for better employee experience in various digital properties for across the organization. The role will own solutions/ products needed for HR functions from conceptualize, design, solution and implementation.

A purpose driven role for you

1. Role immediate focus shall be on: Employee experience programs & other customer facing digital applications - Architect, Design, pilot, develop and participate in testing and documentation for these applications
2. Understand Business Process and Requirements in view of Capabilities, Limitations, Tech Architecture and Integration Aspects. Conduct Requirement/ Blueprint workshop
3. Ensure Program / Project goals are reached within budget, on schedule and with quality deliverables having customer focus
4. Creating Technology landscape , Solution Design & Development as per organization maturity & benchmarking with best practices
5. Bring in innovation and ideas which will help business to make decision faster and help the GTM quickly. Also help in maintaining zero escalation and operational tasks to be performed quickly

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA
2. MBA / PGDM will be preferred
3. 5-7 Years of Experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.Experience in executing Digital projects
2. Good knowledge of Automotive industry / HR Processes
3. Has led or contributed to POCs, Solutions/ Digital asset development
4. Project Management and support to Business on the existing functionalities and Implementation of new Initiatives and processes
