  • Support and promote PNE\'s Mission of being recognized as a Reference Product Company.
  • Strengthen Atlas Copco\'s position as the undisputed market leader for all products produced in India closely cooperating with Customer Centers.
  • As a member of the Management team, actively participate in the continuous development and execution of the PNE Strategy Deployment.

  • Continuously investigate ways to support Environmental Sustainability initiatives in our operations.
  • Develop, assign, and follow up specific actions to achieve the results as per the objectives defined with the General Manager of the Company and through the divisional BRM and CRM.
  • Continuously work towards a more efficient, leaner, transparent, digital, and operationally reliable processes which are not dependent on individuals.
  • Prepare department specific Strategy Deployment documentation, plan of execution, as well as written missions to all leading positions.
  • Embrace and develop our Modularity & LEAN Principles across the organization. A special emphasis should be placed on Kaizen & Visual management to ensure sustainability & transparency in our process. Putting in place the necessary department standards and documentation are key requirements to ensure a successful Continuous Improvement process.
  • Define and implement actions to increase agility in your scope of responsibility.
  • Actively plan and implement digitalization activities to support the company\'s Industry 4.0 journey for improved customer experience and increased efficiencies.
  • Interact with other PNE departments as well as other Group units in a constructive, productive, and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies, efficiencies, and consolidated result of the Group. Foster a spirit of High Performing Teams.
  • Safeguard integrity and transparency of operations and of the legal structure by making sure that FAM and Business Code of Practice is understood and applied where relevant.
  • Support competition mapping, Product benchmarking with other Product companies within Atlas copco group.
SPECIFIC TO THE FUNCTION
  • Your Mission is to lead the Marketing Activities related to all the Industrial Air division manufactured in PNE.
  • The primary mission of Marketing is to ensure that the standard products designed and manufactured in the Product Company meet the customers expectation regarding Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery, serviceability, and overall Value whilst maximizing the opportunities for sustainable profitable growth.
  • You are responsible to capture the \xe2\x80\x9cVoice of the Customer\xe2\x80\x9d of your potential market and the NPS of our Customer Centers.
  • An important part of the role is to analyze potential markets and applications where PNE could position its existing or future products. The analysis should result in a detailed Productdevelopment and Marketing Activity Plan to achieve the company\'s goal in term of growth, market.
share and profitability development.
  • The Marketing team also acts as a liaison between the PC and the Global Divisional Marketing
  • Each Project should be presented in the local PNE PCM and/or in the Global PCM and PSM of the respective division for approval. A detailed Master Specification representing all aspects of the project objectives and motivations must be prepared under the leadership of the Product Marketing Manager.
  • teams to align the local PC product strategy with the Global one with the approval from the GM and as required from the respective divisional VP Marketing, you are responsible to set up the Transfer Pricing applicable to all Standard Products produced in PNE.
  • You constantly interact with the Engineering team to identify opportunities for new solutions allowing PNE to serve specific markets and applications in the most efficient way. Proper analysis with complete business case should be produced before bringing the projects to PCM/PSM
  • You strictly follow the Concept to Product Process and assist the project teams in continuously improve the implementation, monitoring and knowledge of the process. You will pay a special attention to the opportunities offered by the application of the Lean and Modularity principles as well as the digital solutions which can be introduce in our products and processes.
  • Continuous year on year total product cost reduction of minimum 3.5 % (CC7).
  • Support Agility in defining efficiently the Standard and Standard + product offering to ensure stable and sustainable operations whilst maximizing customer satisfaction and market share.
  • Implement Transfer Price revisions as communicated by the Division.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS10 to 15 years.International experience / exposure within sales and marketing, engineering.Solid understanding of the sales process, products development and applications in the Compressor market is a plus.Fluency in English is a must.KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSDegree in Engineering or Marketing or similar through experience.In return, we offer you
