Product Manager

Product Manager Role is key owner of strategy, roadmap and customer experience of the program across bank. Product Management involves comprehensive understanding of all the key stakeholders viz consumer; technology, industry; regulator; organization, channels, program branding. A product manager develops holistic understanding of the industry and category at product level and has firm hold on the dynamics, markets and consumer behavior affecting the product distribution. In the current dynamically changing environment, product management needs to be agile and be able to adapt to technologies and changing consumer behaviors using data analytics.

Job Role:

Lead the regulated accounts products like PA - Cross Border, Pre Paid Instrument Escrow, Marketplaces accounts, and such new offerings enabled by the regulations Have ownership of the customer experience, industry trends, regulations, risks and overall PnL of the product Drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders (NPCI, Networks, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Tech, Sales, Legal, etc) to best structure the product Drive key conversations with the current and prospective customers and help solution the use-cases Be up to date with the industry happenings and adapt the products accordingly. Manage the key projects across lifecycle

Job Requirements:

Understand the regulatory and risk framework around Payment Aggregator and Cross Border businesses Understanding of the networks (VISA/Master/Rupay) Experience in transaction banking products Upto date with the financial and payment industry. * MBA with 4-9 years of experience in banking or payments domain.
