Team Leader Unified Platform for MSME/ SME (Mobile & Net )

Job Summary :

Responsible for developing digital platform (mobile & net) with a sole aim of solving SME pain points

Key responsibilities:

Meeting SME customers and understanding customer needs & pain points Work on developing platform (Mobile & Net) with a sole aim of solving for SME pain points Collaborating with IT & Business team to create necessary user stories and BRDs Working with multiple internal stakeholders to track key deliverables towards closure Closely monitoring project progress and identifying key blocker items, if any. Resolving blocker items to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure all regulatory approvals are in place such as compliance and legal Constant analysis of data and key metrics to identify problem statements as well as aiding the leadership team in decision making and strategy planning

Key skills / experience needed:

8 + Years of experience in banking with at least 3-4 yrs of business banking Tech & project management experience would be advantageous * Sound knowledge of KYC guidelines, process and compliance
