Providing tailor made solution to Branches for specific business requirements. . Interacting with customers for gathering feedback. . Provide assistance to product / operations /management. . The team member will be responsible for the documentation of business processes, workflows and training material. . Any process / policies impacting Retails Liabilities customers will have to be routed through this Team. . Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel Description for Internal Candidates Job Requirements: . In depth knowledge about Asset Products esp cards and Operations and processes . Discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand work functions and processes and gather information . Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows . Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings . Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective . Should be aware of competitive practices. . Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines .
