As the Product Manager for HF Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of our LAP product. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to enhance the sales performance and market presence of our LAP offerings. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for LAP sales, aligning with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and feedback, and translate them into product enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials for LAP products.
• Monitor and analyze LAP sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration and drive product success.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all product-related activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product performance and market trends.
• Mentor and guide the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and familiarity with financial software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
