Job Role
• Project/ Delivery management using Agile methodologies.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholder like Business, Product, Tech partners, etc. for Implementation of projects in domains like Retail Assets and Third party products, e.g. Credit and Debit cards, Retail Loans, etc .
• Well versed with internal IT processes and stakeholders to ensure smooth release managements.
• Capability to build modular and scalable solutions using new/ emerging technologies
• Hands on experience with APIs, webservices , microservices , to ensure complex integration between multiple systems.
• Prior experience of building customer centric platforms with various fintech integrations is preferred.
Job Requirements
• Basic understanding of products like Credit Cards, Debit Cards, consumer Loans, Insurance, Trading accounts, etc.
• Good understanding of APIs, Microservices , complex technical integrations, AWS, etc.
• Well versed with Project management tools like Azure DevOps, etc.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and good numerical skills .
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills and people skills
Eligibility

• Spent twelve months (applicant for same grade role)/eighteen months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role.
• Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above.
