We are looking for a digital first product & business manager to help us drive cross monetization initiatives. We aim to increase our customer engagement, experience and product penetration while generating income. The individual will be responsible for end to end ownership of products and innovations. This is a role with P&L responsibility.
Responsibilities - What you will do.
Be the customer voice in creation of new products and journeys for consumer assets to improve product penetration and customer engagement for our customers.
Own end to end customer life cycle including conceptualization, user requirements, features management, UX, pipeline maintenance, execution, Go to market & improvements
Work with all internal as well as external stakeholders to design, execute & market the product or feature. Build and nurture relationships within and outside of the bank.
Manage overall P&L for the product ensuring penetration, revenue, volume and fees basis set targets.
GTM activities - Ownership of all GTM activities using various channels available - Digital, Social, sales teams, contact centre, branches and other partnerships.
Work with marketing, campaign, analytics & data science teams to drive periodic and timely campaigns to targeted customers. Identify improvement areas to increase visitors and conversions.
Analyse data on day to day basis to identify right customers & problem statements.
Creation of requirement documents, process notes, wire frames and other materials required to build and maintain the product
Keep an eye on all trends and research for your product outside of the bank. Be master of your product domain and act as a problem solver
What we need (At least 5 of the below)
Bachelor's degree is MUST with at least 3-5 years of hands on experience in building and launching digital products - End to end lifecycle
Experience with project management tools viz. jira, confluence is a plus.
Obsession for digital technologies & products with digital first approach on everything
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in chaos and fast moving environment within the bank with entrepreneurial mind-set
* Good to have - Marketing exposure & sales channel management
