We are looking for a proven acquisition lead to own the end to end volume delivery for key co-brand partnership. The role demands strong knowledge of asset business P&L, digital acquisition, on boarding journeys and relationship management.
Key Requirements-
1. Manage End-to- End Acquisition Delivery:
The candidate is the ultimate owner of the budgeted acquisition volumes for their partnership. They are expected to ensure budgeted volumes delivered through the program.
2. Funnel Management:
Candidate will need to work with internal and partner team to optimise both top of funnel as well as drop-offs through the acquisition flow, to ensure optimised journey
3. Partnership Engagement:
Candidate will be single point of contact for the partner teams for all acquisition related requirements and will need to ensure clear understanding and objective setting on both sides,
Job Requirement
Self-motivated and go-getter ensuring end to end management of relationship across the partnership hierarchy
Good understanding of digital acquisition, acquisition funnels, drop-off and lead management
MBA with 6+ years' experience
Leadership skills to manage and work with cross functional teams
Ability to liaise internally & influence cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to own tasks end to end
