Job Purpose:
The role entails scaling up the business with the Consumer Durable Brands and onbaording new OEM. The role invlolves scheme analysis, negotiations, implementation and communication with OEM\'s by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It includes building relationship with various OEM\'s , teams, systems, process and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for CD financing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
\'- Manufacturer communication and Business Growth
\' - Scheme Analysis, Negotiations,implementation and communication with OEM\'s.
\' -Timely subvention income receivable and loss minimization.
\' -Timely and apt and scheme systme update.
\' - Collaboration with internal & external staekholders
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure

Graduate \xe2\x80\x93 Any
Post Graduate \xe2\x80\x93 Any
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years + of experience.
