:Role/ Job Title: Product Manager - Consumer Durables LoanFunction/ Department: Retail BankingJob Purpose:The role entails scaling up the Consumer Durable Loan lending business by managing existing product suite, creating/ managing new product development, initiatives in most cost efficient and technology effective manner. This role includes collaboration with Projects, Testers, Policy, Sales, Finnone, BIU, IT, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 This role also encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless & fulfilling customer on-boarding/ disbursal processes and to ensure IDFC First Bank becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive new product initiatives.
• Perform complete product scoping and delivery.
• Ensure end to end testing and bug reporting.
• Ensure product adoption with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with Sales for Product Training.
• Coordinate product requirement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define product priority and product pipeline.
• Ensure deadlines for all product delivery.
• Business tracking of Product.
• Manage team of testers and prioritize on testing tasks.
• Manage product related issues with Stakeholders.
• Ensure product and system stability for all channels.
• Critical Attributes/ Competencies: Hustler, Experience in technical project management, Experience in handling technology focussed Product development, Good Analytical Skills, Team Management, Good communication skills, Fast-paced and critical thinking, Business impact Decision maker, Good with wireframes and System/ Technical understanding (Must Have).

Education Qualification:Graduation: BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) / BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / B.Com (Bachelor in Commerce) / B.Tech (Bachelor in Technology) / B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) / B.E. (Bachelor in Engineering) / B.Sc (Bachelor of Science).Post-graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) / MCA (Master of Computer Application) / M.E. (Master in Engineering) / M.Sc (Master of Science) / M.Tech (Master in Technology).Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
