Background \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of product/process/BA experience in BFSI \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business/Technology. MBA would be a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Having Two-wheeler product exposure would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and oral communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be result oriented & Impact Driven mindset

Managing the Product, policy and process related aspects of Two-wheeler business \xe2\x80\xa2 Market Intelligence on competition pricing, portfolio, practices and process to enhance the product \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor industry trends relevant to Two-wheeler business \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely working with IT department to develop and upgrade the Business systems and supporting applications to ensure smooth business operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Specifying product and policy requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and competition \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand customer requirements related to product and translate them into cost effective, feasible product/technical solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with other departments during the new product development and roll out. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for drafting policies, procedures and guidelines for Two-wheeler Products \xe2\x80\xa2 Build Go to Market strategy for new products to be launched \xe2\x80\xa2 Data analytics and reporting to track the business growth of products launched \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit branches \xe2\x80\x93 Visit branches to take feedback, check process implementation (Knowing Kannada, Tamil would be an added advantage)
