Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products align with business objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the trade and supply chain finance space.
- Analyze regulatory changes and industry developments to anticipate potential impacts on our products.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, including short-term and long-term goals, to drive revenue growth and market share in trade and supply chain finance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with market needs.
Product Enhancement:
- Continuously assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and the introduction of new features.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and ensure intuitive product interfaces.
Risk Management:
- Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with trade and supply chain finance products.
Training and Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials for internal teams, clients, and partners.
