Product Manager - New Sales Initiatives - Paint Manufacturing Industry
Job Role :
- Formulate Sales & Marketing strategy keeping in view market size, geography mix, market needs, competitive land scape, consumer insights, brand framework and various internal & external constraints
- Efficiently handle business complexity arising due to various manufacturing units & multiple SKU, supply chain constraints and market conflicts
- Achieve Sales targets while optimizing profit and taking into consideration sustainable price levels vis- vis competition & internal costing constraints
- Understanding consumer needs and to derive insights to identify growth drivers & potential business development opportunities
- Act as a facilitator for Regional Sales teams to implement the Product Strategies and achieve the regional sales targets.
KRA :
- New Product introduction along with marketing and product team
- Product approvals with business partners
