Design and optimize end-to-end digital journeys for LAS Collaborate with UI/UX, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience across platforms (web, mobile, API).
Platform & System Integration:
Lead integration efforts with internal systems (LOS, LMS, CRM) and external partners (RTAs, depositories, channel partners, aggregator). Define and manage APIs, data flows, and automation to enable real-time processing and decisioning.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard digital partners, Fintech's, and aggregators to expand business / loan book. Negotiate commercial / pricing and operational terms with partners to drive mutual growth.
Product Strategy & Innovation:
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities. Drive product enhancements, and digital innovations.
Business Performance, CRM & Compliance:
Track KPIs such as digital adoption, TAT, conversion rates, and partner performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies.
