Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Education Loan product within the LOS ecosystem
• Align LOS features with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, risk, underwriting, credit, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product development
• Expertise in digital lending, alternative credit scoring models, and customer on boarding journeys
• Gather and analyse business and functional requirements to create BRDs and FRDs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive innovation in education loan
• Partner with third-party vendors, fintech platforms, for integration on partnership & co-lending journey. Lead the end-to-end LOS implementation, including system design, integration, and deployment
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on market demand and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
• Ensure adherence to lending compliance standards and risk management protocols
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and adoption

Required Skills:

• Experience in developing BRDs and FRDs for unsecured lending solutions
• Expertise in digital lending, alternative credit scoring models, and customer on boarding journeys
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
