Position Overview
Join us in driving healthcare innovation by building and leading high-performing product teams in our rapidly growing Global Capability Center. This foundational leadership role will shape our product organization's future while directly delivering impactful healthcare solutions.
Transform healthcare delivery by creating an intelligent ecosystem that harnesses our organization's vast health data assets through AI-driven solutions and modern technology approaches. As Senior Manager, Product Management, you'll lead multiple product teams building AI-enabled healthcare solutions that serve millions of users globally.
As a player-coach, you'll directly manage multiple Product Managers in our Hyderabad GCC initially, with growth opportunity to scale and lead multiple product leaders overseeing 10-15 Product Managers and influencing direction of cross-functional teams of 50-150 resources. Working with engineering, design, and data science teammates, you'll build scalable solutions that leverage AI and personalization to transform healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
Product Leadership

• Drive product strategy and execution across multiple strategic initiatives, focusing on AI/GenAI-powered healthcare payer solutions
• Lead discovery and delivery of innovative healthcare solutions leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence
• Define success metrics and own business outcomes for AI/GenAI products
• Guide implementation of capabilities across products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and mentor a team of Product Managers, scaling up as needed
• Create frameworks for product development excellence, including agile methodologies and responsible AI practices
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Develop future product leaders through hands-on coaching

Strategic Influence

• Partner with global stakeholders and leaders to align product vision and drive adoption of modern product practices
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, and business teams
• Influence technical architecture and platform decisions for scalable AI/GenAI solutions

AI/GenAI Product Delivery

• Oversee the integration of AI/GenAI models into internal enterprise workflows and customer-facing payer workflows (including claims automation, fraud detection, member engagement, and predictive analytics)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of AI solutions in production environments
• Benchmark Cigna's products against industry best practices and identify opportunities for differentiation

Qualifications
Required Technical Skills

• Product Management: Roadmapping, Go-to-Market Strategy, User Research, Product Analytics, Agile/Scrum
• AI/GenAI: LLM-based products, Model Integration, Data Strategy, Performance Monitoring, Responsible AI, Use of Gen AI tools to accelerate product management
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, SQL, Python
• Healthcare Payer: Claims, Member Engagement, Fraud Detection, Regulatory Compliance

Required Experience

• 13-16 years of technology experience,
• 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in healthcare payer or healthtech domains
• Track record of scaling consumer-facing products and launching AI/GenAI-driven solutions
• Experience building and leading product teams in India/global settings

Required Leadership

• Proven ability to mentor and develop Product Managers
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellence in communication and storytelling

Required Education

• Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, Product Management, or a related field
• Tier 1 / Excellent reputed colleges

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
