Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products to the market, balancing strategic planning with operational execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to align team objectives and strategies. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of product management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product and Market Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. - Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Product and Market Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
