Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure alignment on product goals. - Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product enhancements and future development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements. - Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess product performance and user engagement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
