Role Overview
As a Senior Manager / Director - Product Management , you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core products in the portfolio. This includes Video Management Software (VMS), Video Analytics, AI modules, Cloud & Edge solutions, and Unified Platform capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring scalable, intelligent, and secure video solutions to market.
Requirements
Experience: 7-15 years of total experience, with a strong core in Product Management.
Technical Expertise (Must-Have):
Deep understanding of Video Surveillance and Management Technologies (e.g., cameras, streaming protocols, deployment architectures, hardware/storage).
Proven ability to apply AI technologies and principles to solve real-world business needs.
