Work closely with senior management and business units to align EUC strategies with organizational goals to enable the business in its ambitions and ensure an effective and fit-for-purpose strategy and management of licenses in the whole area of responsibility.
Define and manage the roadmap for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals) and associated infrastructure (image management, patching, endpoint protection, device provisioning)
Own and evolve the enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, including user provisioning, authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access controls
Champion the shift toward a modern workplace, leveraging cloud-based identity solutions (Azure AD), mobile device management (Intune), and Zero Trust security principles
Infrastructure & Service Delivery
Oversee the global device and identity infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability
Lead lifecycle management for all endpoint technologies, including standard builds, device refresh cycles, and decommissioning
Ensure EUC platforms are compliant with security policies, regularly patched, and resilient against threats
Optimize performance and end-user satisfaction through continuous monitoring, automation, and service improvement initiatives
Commercial & Vendor Management
Own all contracts, license agreements, and vendor relationships related to EUC and Identity platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, VMware, Jamf)
Manage the EUC and Identity cost base for a user population of approximately 5,000 employees, driving financial accountability and cost optimization
Lead annual budget planning, software renewals, and contract negotiations in collaboration with Procurement and Finance teams
Governance & Compliance
Enforce governance frameworks across endpoint and identity environments, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness
Collaborate closely with IT Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to align identity and device infrastructure with organizational security policies
Maintain detailed records and reporting for asset utilization, software licensing, and user access management across the EUC ecosystem
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and business units on EUC and Identity-related services and strategy
Provide product and technical leadership to cross-functional and offshore teams within the Pune ODC, ensuring smooth delivery and operations
Foster a user-centric culture, actively collecting feedback to enhance the digital workplace experience
