JOB DESCRIPTION for Product Engineer Position Summary: This role is intended to work globally with engineering, marketing, sales, operation to continuously drive EM efficiency in overall order cycle. The role also is able to oversee a great amount of data in oracle system, with that this role is also responsible for structuring data and data mining to support business decision on product management. Responsibilities and job duties include (but not be limited to): Create and modify the Engineering Master (EM) documents to describe the standard configurations of a product for both existing and new products. Work and communicate with Product Engineers, Design Engineers, Marketing and Order Management to meet and balance their requirements of the EM. Lead EM portion of a project and cooperate with design team to meet critical project schedule. Continuous improve EM structure in Oracle to allow order efficient flow to manufacturing. Product data analysis to provide relevant data to assist BU personnel with decisions on product management. Education / Experience Required: Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering Data analytical skill is preferred. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Must possess above average aptitude of mechanical components/devices. Proficient Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office, ERP, CAD Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
