Product Development Technologist

Your Key Responsibilities In this role, you will work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you\xe2\x80\x99ll deliver innovative high-quality work products. A Product Development Technologist understands what functional design looks like, how to articulate a client\xe2\x80\x99s vision and the roadmap to get there.
As a wavespace Product Development Technologist, you will:

• Oversee the development and execution of the customer experience and/or digital vision and management of client service delivery.
• Develop products augmenting digital technologies
• Develop prototypes for showcasing the art of the possible for various sectors
• Plan and execute Design Sprints, hackathons and technology driven experiences.
• Lead the experience from the \xe2\x80\x9cfront of the room\xe2\x80\x9d as facilitator

Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have

• Planned and executed Open innovation sessions
• Knowledge of design thinking techniques and the ability to solve complex business problems with simple, industry-leading experience and design solutions.
• Experience in Agile, Design Sprint, lean product strategies, etc
• Experience as a business analyst; conceptualize and execute software development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of emerging digital technologies.
• Laison with external ecosystem to codevelop tech driven use cases for sectors

Ideally, you will have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree with 3 to 6 years of work experience in Customer or User Experience Strategy / Research, Business Strategy, Product Design, or Design Planning.
• Experience in consulting, Innovation Practice in a Fortune 500 firm.
• Cross-functional experience working with both internal and 3rd party development teams and project management experience.
