Continually researching markets and technologies to develop new product concepts. Respond to customer requirements, liaise with suppliers of raw materials, and resolve production problems. Leading cross-functional teams on all new product development - brief, ideation, exploration and spec finalization. Tracking and managing product development projects, regularly reporting development status and making recommendations for action. Partnering with outside ingredient suppliers to realize product development goals and identify opportunities to innovate. Develop technical reports, and cost estimates, document development work and implement profit improvement programs for clients. Generate data to substantiate claims regarding the safety and efficiency of new products. Select raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers after thorough quality checks. Identify and involve procurement of machines required for the new product formulation. Conduct sensory evaluation either with trained panels or consumers as per the product needs and specifications. Drawing up product specifications and ensuring new products can be manufactured profitably and safely. Dealing with any customer-compliant investigations or product issues Oversee the integration of new products with other commercial areas, including brand development, sales strategy, quality assurance, legal, marketing, and manufacturing. You will partner with our Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team, and other cross-functionals, to stay current on/apply food laws and regulations affecting our company and products. You are the person who brings it all together with FRL\xe2\x80\x99s requirements: Nutritional Requirement, Sustainability, external standards, and local regulatory framework. Working with range of colleagues within the company to ensure that your products will have a successful launch and manufacturing life. Responsible for Reports & Documentation with respect to ISO 9001: 2015 with QC. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9154,694.13 - 9947,923.58 per year Benefits:
